Altitude is always a risk factor. There are variations on the altitude. And if you haven’t travelled the mountains earlier, there will be a serious problem with the altitude sickness. The maximum altitude of the Everest Base Camp trek is Kala Patthar (5643m) and with that altitude, there is a maximum chance of altitude sickness. So be prepared. Drink enough water, Walk Slowly and have enough diets.
